2. Scope of Services

Our services include private transfers, local taxi services, and guided tours within Slovenia. All services are provided by employees of KUC d.o.o. only. Vehicles and guides are fully insured in accordance with Slovenian law.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our Website. Payments are not processed directly through the website. The website serves as a reservation tool only.

  • Payment is accepted in one of the following ways:

    • In cash at the time of service.

    • By bank transfer in advance (upon request).

  • A booking is considered confirmed once the client receives a confirmation via one of the following channels:
    – email confirmation,
    – SMS confirmation,
    – or a message confirmation via Viber or WhatsApp.
    It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are entered correctly at the time of booking.

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or the client fails to show up, 100% of the service fee is charged as a cancellation fee.

5. Passenger and Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage.

  • Pets up to 15 kg are allowed only in private transfer services. Clients must notify us in advance.

  • The minimum age to book services is 18 years.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • We are insured for passenger transport and guide services.

  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, traffic, or weather conditions.

  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • No signature is required; by confirming the booking, the client explicitly agrees to these Terms and acknowledges having read them.

  • No signature is required; confirmation of a booking implies acceptance.

8. Personal Data Protection

We comply with GDPR regulations. Your data is processed for the purpose of service delivery only. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Kranj, Slovenia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable at the time of booking shall apply.
