TRANSFER SERVICES
Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking, payable via Stripe. The remaining balance is due in cash or via bank transfer on the day of service.

Cancellation by Client
- Point-to-point: More than 72h notice: 100% refund; 48–72h notice: 50% refund; Less than 48h: Deposit non-refundable.
- Full-day: More than 7 days notice: 100% refund; 3–7 days notice: 50% refund; Less than 72h: Deposit non-refundable.
- No-show: Full price charged.
GUIDED TOUR SERVICES
A 50% deposit is required. Cancellation terms are identical to the “Full-day transfer” policy above.
ONLINE PAYMENT & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
By completing your booking, you request immediate performance of the service. In accordance with Article 132 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services scheduled for a specific date.
Refunds: Processed within 5–10 Slovenian business days. Please note: Stripe processing fees (1.5–2.9% + €0.25) are non-refundable, as they are retained by the payment provider and are not returned to Kuc d.o.o.
Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
In case of verified illness or extraordinary circumstances, we may offer a date change as an act of goodwill (ex gratia). Kuc d.o.o. is not responsible for any indirect costs incurred by the client (e.g., non-refundable flight tickets, accommodation) in the event of any cancellation.
