Klagenfurt Airport is small and very efficient, but the Karawanken Tunnel (the border between Slovenia and Austria) can sometimes have maintenance works or weekend traffic. I always recommend leaving Bled at least 2.5 hours before your flight. Also, a little secret: if we have time, there's a fantastic viewing point just after the border where you can see the Austrian Alps meeting the Slovenian peaks — ask me to point it out!
